My go to coleslaw






I make this coleslaw so often there is no need for a recipe, so I cannot give you one. I will tell you what I put in it.
- Shredded cabbage
- Shredded carrots
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Thinly sliced radishes
- Vegenaise
- Dijon mustard (both regular and coarse mustard)
-  Agave nectar
Celery salt
- Black pepper
- Apple cider vinegar

And if I have some, toasted pecans (or walnuts) are a great addition.

I always try to make this coleslaw ahead so it can sit. The longer it sits, the better it is.
