Brownies



Unlike my previous brownies, which are more cake like and made with agave nectar, these are super fudgy and made with sugar. I love agave, but it has a tendency to make everything cake like. So, it works great for cakes or muffins, but not so well for chewy or crispy cookies.


Also, you know that awesome crust on top of box brownies? These brownies totally have it. 


I can see many variations in these brownies future. Peanut butter swirl, raspberry, strawberry, or chocolate mint!
