Pesto Pita Pizza

I use to make fun of my mom and sister for making pita pizza's. Now look at me.


But I must admit, for a quick dinner, these things are actually pretty awesome. And...much healthier than a regular pizza crust.






Pesto Pita Pizza
1 serving


1 pita
2 tbsp pesto
fresh tomato slices
sauteed mushrooms


1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Once hot, place the pita bread in the oven to warm up and get toasty, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Remove from oven and top with pesto, tomato slices, and mushrooms.
3. Place back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
