Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Phew, that was a mouth full! Think of it as a cookie, made into a cake. Still tweaking the recipe as I made this only vegan. I kinda over baked it a touch so it seemed a little dry (oops!), but the flavor made up for it!
