Roasted Cauliflower



This is possibly the best way to eat cauliflower. Steaming cauliflower isn't bad, but it can be boring. When you roast cauliflower, it almost doesn't taste like cauliflower. The edges get all crispy and brown. They become so crispy, you'd think it was fried. Really. Expect this cauliflower is healthy.


Roasted Cauliflower


1 head cauliflower
olive oil
salt and pepper


Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Spread out onto a baking pan, drizzle lightly with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix up and bake in a 450 oven for around 30 minutes (stirring occasionally) or until caramelized and crispy.




So simple yet so good!
