The other day I had a banana that was a little too ripe. Now, I love very ripe bananas. Nothing is worse than a hard banana, but this one was borderline mushy. I was going to make banana nut muffins, but then I remembered I had strawberries and peaches in the freezer. Smoothie!
One banana, 5 frozen strawberries, 5 frozen peach slices, 1 tbsp agave, and about 1 cup of milk. I prefer rice milk because it is light and has no overpowering flavor, like soy.
