Kale Chips

I've been hearing a lot recently about kale chips. Sound really weird, right? A leafy green turned into a chip? I decided to try it out and well, they are amazing. I never would have though when baked that kale would crisp up and become so crunchy. The chips honestly taste like they were fried, not baked. I have seen some brands that sell kale chips but they are so easy to make that you'd be a fool to buy them. Heres how...

1. Remove the kale leaves from the stem and rinse. Dry the kale thoroughly. This is really important since any water left on the kale will cause the kale is steam, not crisp.
2. Place kale on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper (or any seasoning you'd like).
3. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy. Bake a couple bunches at a time, just store them in a sealable plastic bag or air tight container.

You will soon be addicted to these, I promise.
