Talk about a headache. The past couple weeks I have been desperately trying to make a version of puff pastry and danish dough. Well today I got half way there. I think I finally have a good puff pastry sitting in my fridge! I just baked a piece of it and it has great taste and most importantly...its flakey and has layers. I was just about to give up when it came out of the oven looking golden and puffed. So excited I had to post. At the moment I am working on some snickerdoodles and tonight I am making the post punk kitchen's "Olive and Lentil Burgers", gluten free style of course! This weekend I will explore more with my puff pastry making lots of delicious different things and I'll be sure to post lots of pictures. Yay!
